I’m Eric Thompson, a digital design leader based in cold and freezing Phoenix Arizona, where I spend my days turning complex problems into clean, intuitive product experiences — and my weekends chasing birdies on the golf course. I specialize in building design systems, mentoring teams, and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving product environments.

When I’m not deep in Figma or jamming with engineers, you’ll find me hanging out with my family. I’m big on craft, collaboration, and continuous improvement — both in design and in life.
